Heat Wave

The kids have been enjoying the HOT weather. We even had the pool out yesterday. Brett is enjoying the pool more this year as opposed to last year (he wouldn't even get in). Jilly was in a little but it was to cold for her. She is more of a warm water swimmer, loves the tub!




Poor Brett has had a cold/allergies (not sure which exactly) for a few days now. Jilly had been running a temp at 105.5 at its highest for about two or so days. Then when she broke that Brett started getting it. Along with his came a runny/stuffy nose and a nasty cough. I've been monitoring his lung sounds to make sure there isn't anything settling in there. So far so good. His temp it down but he has a horrible hoarse voice, a yucky cough and an awful runny/stuffy nose.

Jilly is starting to get up on all fours and bounce her bottom up and down. I don't think it will be to long before she realizes she can take off.




We have an offer out on another house in Yeagertown. Still waiting to hear from the bank though (it's bank owned). I'm getting really anxious, this has been the third day! I'm really rooting for this one. It needs work but I'm excited to fix it up and call it home!

Owen is almost done with preschool! Off to kindergarten next year :( I can't believe he will be in school already.

I love Spring

My favorite time of year! The weather is getting warm and the sun is shinning. Here are some nice pictures for you! Tyler has worked hard on the garden this year and it is sprouting nicely. We are also getting some fruit on our fruit trees. The boys strawberry plant has taken off and is going to be getting some nice ripe berries very soon.

Updates

Sooo.... Once again I have been lost to a black hole of chaos. Here is whats up in our world.

I have started my new job! I love it so far. So much more relaxed and less political. I don't have to do much paperwork and get a little more hands on. I love the residents and the staff. Everyone is so welcoming and wonderful!

Owen has his kindergarten registration next tues. I can't believe it. I'm not so sure I'm ready to send my baby to school. He is growing up so much. He is a great big brother also and still loves his brother and sister....just a little too much.

Brett is getting to be quite the peanut gallery. I don't think he ever stops talking. He is finally coming around to his sister and loves to talk and play with her.

Jilly is getting so big also. Still not crawling but I'm not rushing her. She doesn't need to crawl because shes a princess. Lol. Everyone does everything for her. Her hair is finally long enough for hair bows! But they don't stay in very long.







We added a new addition to our family. This is Bones (as in DryBones on Mario Kart DS not because his ribs are sticking out). We got him at the SPCA. He was a stray. He is a great dog! Very friendly and already house broken. The kids love him! (sorry the computer the acting up...I will get pictures on ASAP!)
